We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications. Precious-metal products are sold according to the specifications stated on the relevant product page and at the time of sale.

Available weights and product designs vary by listing and stock availability. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes; packaging or appearance may vary slightly due to refinery updates, while the stated product specifications remain applicable.

04. Pricing & Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Precious-metal prices may fluctuate in response to market conditions.

• Displayed prices may reflect prevailing precious-metal market rates at the time of display.
• An order price is confirmed according to the checkout and payment terms applicable to the order.
• A quoted price is not guaranteed to be held unless the applicable ordering process confirms it.
• Applicable taxes and charges will be presented as required by law and the checkout process.

If a product price is affected by a clear technical error or system malfunction, we will contact the customer to explain the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Available payment methods and any additional payment conditions will be displayed during checkout.

05. Orders & Order Confirmation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product. An order is subject to availability, payment authorisation and confirmation by Coin Dinar.

We may need to decline or cancel an order where:

• The product is unavailable or out of stock.
• Payment is declined, incomplete or not received.
• A material pricing or listing error has occurred.
• The order raises reasonable concerns about fraud or unauthorised activity.
• Delivery to the provided address cannot be completed.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any refund due will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund terms and legal requirements.

06. Shipping & Delivery

Coin Dinar aims to dispatch precious-metal products using secure, trackable delivery services appropriate to the order.

• Where available, shipments are packed discreetly to avoid displaying product contents or value on the outer packaging.
• A signature or other delivery confirmation may be required.
• Shipment insurance and its coverage depend on the delivery service and the terms applicable to the order.
• Customers ordering international delivery are responsible for understanding applicable import rules, customs duties and taxes, subject to the agreed shipping terms and local law.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Courier delays, customs inspections, weather and other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect delivery.

07. Metal Purity Guarantee

Coin Dinar's published policy states that eligible precious-metal bars are guaranteed against their stated purity, weight and authenticity specifications, subject to the applicable product terms and verification process.

What the Guarantee Covers

• Purity: The fineness stated for the product.
• Weight: The stated weight within the applicable refinery tolerances.
• Authenticity: Genuine products from authorised distribution channels.
• Documentation: Applicable refinery hallmarks, serial numbers and assay cards.

Original Packaging

Customers should retain original refinery packaging, assay cards and other supplied documentation. Packaging that has been opened, damaged or tampered with may affect the ability to verify the product and assess a claim.

08. Returns & Refunds

Precious metals are subject to market-price fluctuations. Coin Dinar's published policy describes a limited returns process for eligible products that fail to meet their stated purity or weight specifications.

Purity or Weight Claims

• Claims should be submitted within 7 days of receipt, as stated in the published policy.
• Products may need to be returned in their original, unaltered condition with original packaging intact.
• Independent assay testing may be arranged to assess the claim.
• If a claim is upheld, a replacement or refund will be handled according to the applicable policy and legal requirements.

Items That May Not Qualify

• Requests based solely on a change of mind.
• Losses resulting from market-price movements after purchase.
• Products whose original packaging has been opened or tampered with, where this prevents verification.
• Bars that have been melted, resized, damaged or physically altered after purchase.

09. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Coin Dinar is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, government actions or other force majeure events.

Subject to applicable law, Coin Dinar does not guarantee that the market value of precious metals will remain stable after purchase. Customers should consider market risks when buying precious metals as investments.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and reviewing their order before submission.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions and design elements, belongs to Coin Dinar or its respective content owners and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit website content without prior permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Access to the website does not grant ownership of any trademarks, branding or other intellectual property displayed on it.
