Coverage is active from the time the parcel is handed to our courier partner until successful delivery and signature confirmation.
Insurance does not cover loss or damage after confirmed delivery. Customers should inspect their parcel upon receipt and report concerns immediately.
Due to the value of the contents, a valid signature is required for all orders. Parcels will not be left unattended.
